Very fast shipping, Annie is friendly as always reponds promptly, and the price is really reasonable! Everything is included in the package: The PC comes well packaged, SATA cables for the data and power and thsuply are included, and even thermal pads for the M.2 SSD.  I had a technical question regarding startup behavior, and Annie immediately contacted a technician who was able to help me right away – thank you so much!! This wasn't my first purchase, and it won't be my last from YANLING!  SSD coolers up to 2.5 cm fit perfectly (see photo). The photos also shows the two SODIMM RAMs, the SSD cooler, and my external 2 TB 2.5" SATA SSD. The case is elegantly crafted from high-quality aluminum, and the CPU and SSD run significantly less hot than my other barebone PC with the same Intel Ultra5 125U CPU.  The SMARTiPC can accommodate up to 64 GB of 5600 MHz DDR5 RAM.  I've had it for over 2 weeks now, and it's running great and completely problem-free. I'm thrilled and extremely satisfied.
